" We are now in Trivandrum after completing the six-day itinerary
Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty-Cochin-Alleppy-Trivandrum that you arranged for us. We enjoyed very much those six days. We were impressed by the hotels that you chose, both in terms of quality and variety. Both drivers (Mr. Mani and Mr. Vimal) were very helpful. Also we were pleased with their restaurant recommendations when we had meals on the road. The highlight of our trip was the experience on the houseboat.

In view of our excellent experience with the six-day trip that you
organized, we will recommend the trips arranged by your office to any of our friends back home who travel to southern India. "

"I was already planning to give you some feedback on our travel as soon as I am back to Germany and find some time to write an e-mail.
So here I go with my opinion on the trip:
- The driver Mr. Vimal did a really good job. He drove very safely and quickly and was knowing the surroundings very well. Also he was very helpful and polite. I do not have any complaints about him and can recommend him for other touristic travellers as well.
- The tour was well organised, all the transfers by car and aircraft worked very well and also the hotels choosen were ok. The Tea County at Munnar was better than the Hilltop at Verkala, but both were ok. We especially enjoyed the two days at Munnar hillstation."

Dear Jimmy, and all Jaybee Travel Staff:

First of all, thank you for your efficient and kind help in organizing our trip.

We are very happy with the tour package that you organized for us in the Backwaters of Kerala, which included an overnight stay on a houseboat (excellent), one night stay at a resort in Kumarakom near the bird sactuary (beautiful home set among exotic trees and plants), and one night stay near Allepey at a resort house in front of the lake next to Margarite`s dream house (beautiful, peaceful and relaxing). Transportation including a tour of Cochin was also booked between Trivandrum and Allepey, and Allepey - Cochin - Airport. The cars were small but comfortable with air conditioning, and the drivers were nice and helpful.

The food was delicious and there was plenty all day long. It was cooked for us daily, based on the local produce and local flavors and traditions. The service was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked well where requested, and the people friendly and helpful.

Jimmy, thanks again for an unforgettable trip. We will recommend your services with pleasure.

Best regards,
Ana Maria and André Del Guerzo
